I am at a new school, and I hate it. Life sucks where I live now; there is nothing to do for entertainment.

- Vamplove48, it is natural to hate your new school because you are the new kid. Many kids in a new town might have a hard time adjusting to new surroundings. You might see this as a way of discovering who you are. Consider the new people you will meet and the new things you could learn about yourself.
- Try talking to your parents about your boredom. Maybe you could plan a weekly family game night. You could go to the movies or play a board game. Maybe you could suggest a game you enjoyed as a child. Having fun with your family could bring you closer together and learn about each other's interests.
- You could use toys you liked as a child and play imaginary games. Try playing cops and robbers or slaying a dragon with toy weapons. Using your imagination to entertain yourself might expand your mind and entertain you at the same time.
- Try doing something you would not usually do, such as a sport. You might discover a new talent you never knew you had. Try to ask your teachers and classmates for suggestions about after school activities.
