So I like this guy and he likes me. The only thing is, he just broke up with his girlfriend about a month ago after they had sex. It was kind of awkward because he broke up with her for me. He is super nice and funny but I do not know if I can trust him.

Thatgirl, meaningful relationships should always be based on trust, understanding, and respect.
Please consider what you want to have in a relationship and then what you currently are having or expect to have with the guy that you currently like. By doing such you are allowing yourself the opportunity to see if you efforts are worth the energy.
Please consider having a conversation with him about your view on the situation, and how you are not sure you can trust him. Though it may be difficult doing so if he really ready to invest in a relationship he will appreciate the communication.
It might be wise to take your time with having a relationship with this boy, building trust and respect of each other as friends will help you in a relationship if it occurs later.
