Stuff Going On

Itskarmalee, 15

I am 15 and very paranoid. I recently had protected sex with my boyfriend, and everything seemed to go well. I thought about it long and hard, and I felt like I was ready. However, I am regretting it deeply. I began to have panic attacks, thinking I was pregnant. I got my period, and full term period, and I had blood clots. I heard that when you have blood clots, it's the lining of your womb.

My question is, can you still be pregnant, even if your period comes on time, even with blood clots? I'm too scared to take a pregnancy test, and I have only told my closest cousin. Please help, I'm so scared. I just recently began loving high school, and I really don't want to do anything to jeopardize my life. I have no breast tenderness, and I don't have any morning sickness. I'm really panicking!

Whats it Mean ?

  • Itskarmale being worried after having sex is a normal reaction.
  • Usually when you become pregnant your period stops.
  • But, sometimes especially in the beginning of pregnancy, you can still get traces of your period.
  • The best thing to do is take a home pregnancy test and schedule a visit to the doctor as soon as possible.
  • A checkup is a good idea anyway since you may want to be checked for STDs and talk about contraception.
