puppy 1, 12
I received a C on my last report card. My dad has been yelling at me a lot to do my work, and I just can't concentrate. I don't feel like doing my homework, paying attention in school, or even eating healthy. I feel horrible, and I feel like I can't do anything. Please help!

- puppy 1, struggling in school and trying to stick to a healthy eating habit are a common problems today that many other teens face.
- To make it easier to focus on your homework, try listening to classical music. If you can't stand classical music, listen to a different type of genre that helps you relax and focus your mind on the important things.
- Before you try this at school, make sure it's okay with your teacher. Let him or her know that you are trying to find ways that will help you focus better.
- Another resolution you can try is talking to a teacher or guidance counselor. Keeping your grades up is important so they will try their best to come up with a method that will keep your interest when it comes to school.
- No one ever said that eating healthy has to be hard. Instead of changing your whole diet, you can start off by adding small portions of vegetables and fruits with every meal that you eat. Over time, you will notice it will become easier if you stick to it everyday.
- You can also resort to someone you know that has good eating habits that are healthy as well. They might have some great tips for you if they have been doing it for a while.
- Journals and calendars are also a great way to remind you about the things that matter the most. You can start by writing down quotes that keep you motivated and inspire you to become the best and the healthiest you can be.
