Hei, 21
I want to lose weight even though my doctor and my mom told me not to lose because I don't need to. They both agreed that I'm small enough for my height. Whenever I talk to my mom about this she asks me “do I need to see a physiologist?” Nothing ever goes my way. So from here on out I'm wearing black from head to toe every day until everything is my way. Also, is there a way to lose weight without dropping the number of pounds? Like, just appear smaller without losing actual weight?

- Hei, there are lots of women who want to lose weight even when somebody doesn't approve of it.
- Consider talking to some friends about you wanting to lose weight. Maybe their opinion of whether you should lose weight or not can help you decide if you really need to or not.
- Try asking a friend to go for walks with you. Walking or running is a great way to lose weight. Eating fruits and vegetables, such as a salad is great good for your health as well.
- If it is your weight that is bothering you, try focusing on something else that you are proud of and love about yourself, such as your smile, your personality, or your sense of style.
