I have a little bit of an anger problem when people anger mevand I try to control myself from yelling. I'm kind of confused about my sexuality because I don't know if I'm bisexual or straight. I guess I'm just trying to figure out my life. I use music or writing to express myself and it helps sometimes. Well, that's all I guess.

Whats it Mean ?

  • MusicLife, a lot of teens have the problems you described, so you're not alone.
  • Many people find it difficult to control themselves when they're angry. It's a skill you learn with practice as you get older, so it's not necessarily a sign that you have serious anger management issues.
  • However, if you find yourself yelling or hurting other people out of anger over little things, and the lack of control worries or frightens you, it might help to talk to a parent or a counselor and ask for some help.
  • Many teenage girls also are not sure about their sexuality. This is a time in your life when you're making all kinds of discoveries and adjustments about yourself. Just know that you don't have to have it all figured out right now; take your time and figure things out at your own pace. You don't have to have all.
  • Music or writing are great ways to do some soul-searching or get away from your worries, so keep it up, and good luck!
